We currently have the following position available: 

Administrative Assistant  

This will be a casual role, working in conjunction with our current administration team members.  

Days/hours:

Thursday's 3.30pm - 6.30pm.

About Us:

Rebalance Osteopathy is a multidisciplinary health clinic located in Warrnambool, in South-West Victoria.  

We have been in operation since 2010  and our team is currently made up of nine Osteopaths, including co-owners Haylee Finn and Nadine McNamara, and one administrative staff member.  

At Rebalance Osteopathy we are passionate about healthy individuals, healthy families and healthy communities.   We take a holistic and patient centred approach to care, with professionalism, communication and continuity of care being our priority.   

About the role:

You will be responsible for providing  a client-focused service to our patients, including carrying out the following duties:  

* Answering telephone and email enquiries 

* Scheduling client bookings  

* Greeting clients and processing payments  

* Washing and monitoring linen levels 

* Cleaning and maintaining the aesthetics of the reception area, entry and common areas 

Renumeration will align with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award [MA000027]. We are open to negotiation for the right candidate to reflect their individual skill set. 

About you:

* You are organised and  highly committed to delivering thorough and exceptional administrative assistance to our clients and practitioners.   

* You are capable of working within a dynamic team environment as well as having the autonomy to work independently and problem-solve when required.  

*  You are warm, considerate, kind and empathetic You are ideally interested in the health field  

* You are a clear communicator.

* You have competent computer skills, the ability to touch-type, and articulate appropriate email correspondence with other health professionals.
