Nadine graduated from Victoria University in 2014. From the age of 13, Nadine’s own personal experience with Osteopathy ignited her aspirations to work in the field herself The interrelationship between the structure and function of the body is the principle of Osteopathy which resonates strongly with Nadine. The fact that Osteopaths look at patients holistically, and really understand the relationship between anatomy and physiology and are able to apply it to every patient’s presentation, is what makes Osteopathy unique. Her preferred techniques include soft tissue and myofascial release and joint articulation.
Hailing from Colac, and a keen participant in netball, basketball and previously dancing, Nadine’s niche is treating and rehabilitating sporting injuries. With extra training in Dry Needling, Rock taping, Mat Pilates (APPI) and Lower Limb Strength and Conditioning workshops Nadine has many skills at her disposal to help diagnose, treat and manage musculoskeletal injuries.
Outside of work Nadine obviously enjoys keeping active, and spending time with her friends and family. She also loves to travel - she’s been to the UK, Europe, South America and South East Asia and has a few more destinations still on her list to tick off.
