Rebalance Community Grants

Here at Rebalance, we believe every individual should have access to the best healthcare and support our community can offer. 

Our Rebalance community of practitioners and administrative staff are genuinely committed to giving back to our incredible local community.  We know that modern living has been and continues to be challenging for many people and families.  So,  we want to contribute to easing the burden.  And here's how...

At the start of every month, we are offering several Rebalance Community Grant Consultation Vouchers to individuals who are experiencing hardship and in need of some extra support.

Some examples of hardships may be; financial/loss of employment, prior or ongoing mental health issues, loss/grief including miscarriage and birth loss, domestic violence.  

We hope this process will give us the chance to reconnect with existing clients and/or meet some new inspiring individuals.

The grant entitles the receiver to one Osteopathic consultation.  Additional support and guidance is given on a case by case basis.

Please note all nominations and information will remain strictly confidential.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Grant cannot be exchanged for cash
• Grant cannot be used for purchase of products
• Grant must be used within one month (unless communication for request of date change is received by us no later than the 5th day of the Month)
