My hope is that I can help you rebalance your whole body, mind and spirit, and to heal trauma so that you can move and live the way you desire, regardless of your age or stage. You might be three days postpartum or three years postpartum or even thirty three years postpartum. You might be preparing your body for a future pregnancy, you might be finished having children, you might want to not feel so stiff, to be able to do a squat, to have enjoyable sex...wherever you are in your journey, I'm right here with you, navigating this non-linear path of motherhood.
